Great pick if you're looking for a business relationship, and not just some robots taking your orders and upcharging you with random fees added on at payment. After providing me quotes for multiple different materials and sizes, which they did in a timely fashion, we ordered over a dozen posters on silica material. While I'm not as familiar with the industry standard prices for poster printing, M&M was affordable for my situation. It was definitely cheaper than Canva, and they provided me with more options as well. One relative idiosyncrasy, since I was ordering over the phone and email, was that I had to fill out and sign a credit card authorization form--haven't seen one of these in years. The turnaround was decently quick - around a week - and they contacted me with a tracking number for shipping to DC. Very VERY Unprofessional. I stopped in and requested a sign. They waited until TWO DAYS before a huge event we were having to say that they couldn't do the sign. With several calls to them and basically begging them to take our money, they failed. Paymahn is rude and dismissive. NEVER A RETURN CALL. Completely flaked on a project that we worked on for over a month. Placed a deposit down and 3 days prior to the install find out that nothing had been done and his only excuse was that he was understaffed with barely and apology via email. Would not do business again. Purchased a very large piece of cut plexiglass for our school lobby. They hang it up high on the wall where it is not accessible to anyone. The piece has started to crack where the screws are and they refuse to provide any kind of customer service. Was hoping they can repair and they just said our tape on it. How will tape stop a crack! My firm decided to use these guys since they're right down the road - we'll never be selecting a vendor like that again! I needed 4 huge boards printed and 9 smaller ones. When I walked into the store, I was not greeted pleasantly, even though I was coming in to spend over a grand. Once my artwork was in, I had to bug them to find out when the boards would be ready for pick-up. When I went in to get them, the 4 big boards were all blurry/smudged and not lined up correctly, leaving white space on the edges. Did not receive an apology, but instead major attitude. The guy said he would fix them for us. When I got back to the office, I realized the smaller boards were all messed up, as well, and asked that they come pick them up since I did not have time to drop them back off. They did, but not without giving me grief. Still no apology at this point. When the guy comes to our office to look at the boards, he asks if my logo is high-res, as if that has anything to do with smudged art, not to mention that's not all they screwed up. I did not have time to pick up the fixed boards the next day, but they were installing somewhere in Maryland and did not do a darn thing to try to accommodate, so I had to yank someone else from their work to help me go pick them up for the second time. The smaller boards were better, but the large ones were still blurred. The girl at M&M said maybe I could use nail polish remover, but she really had no idea how to fix it. Because we needed the boards before an event coming up soon, we had to stick with these, and I have been scrubbing at the smudges ever since, because these boards will be up in my office for ten years. Not only did they mess up our boards, but their customer service was absolutely atrocious. Again, I did not receive a single apology from anyone at this company or ANY effort to make the situation better - just major attitude for being annoyed they messed up exactly what they were paid to do. I would not recommend M&M to our competitors, my enemies, or anyone! It is a very small shop with less than experienced employees.
