unfortunately I cannot leave zero stars or I would. I rented a storage facility from leave it at…read morethe lake two years ago. The first year I paid a year in advance as it was the easiest thing for everyone. At the beginning of the second year I paid the next year in advance as well. Shortly there after I sold my boat to my son-in-law and no longer needed to store it. I contacted leave it at the lake and they indicated they would reimburse me for the 10 months I was not going to use the storage facility. That was over six months ago as well as that many promises that they have failed thus far to deliver on. Had I known they were not going to reimburse me I would have left my boat in the storage locker. So I am out $800 and have lost all respect for the folks at leave it at the lake who have failed to deliver on all of the promises they have made to my wife and I. The storage facility itself is excellent and well-maintained but just be careful if you run into any issues on the business side when dealing with leave it at the lake. I learned a long time ago all you have is your word in business and as far as I'm concerned they have no integrity or interest in providing a fair level of customer service to their clients.

If you don't want any amenities, no light so you can see to back in, half the park had trailers…read morethat had no occupants at the time we were there, no rules, as many visitors as you want at all hours of the night, dog crap in our space 2 of the 3 days we were there, party in the trailer next to us until 4am then this is the place for you.
