When we reported the issue, we also submitted a claims request for the damages. However, the company failed to respond to our claims. After the lack of communication, we reported the matter to the Better Business Bureau as well. Bottom line: Be extremely cautious when hiring Sunrise Mo. Our experience was upsetting, and the company's failure to respond to a reported problem and claims request is a major concern.
