This company was recommended through our Insurance after a traffic incident . I would highly advise to stay well away from this garage. Staff are rude, inconsiderate and have a lack of knowledge and ability to serve customers with care. Some major steps are needed to address this companies issues. They do not return phone calls and when answering the phone you get asked whats the problem now?! Shocking!! Unable to update the customer on works and time scales. Provide cars that have a suspension that is literally dragging on the floor, flat tyres, broken seat belts and smell DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DO NOT MIND THEM KEEPING THE CAR FOR WEEKS ON END!!! M & S Accident Repairs Ltd in Ashford Middx Really helpful staff. As a woman it is often a little daunting going to garage to get some repair work done. There are many stories of women especially getting ripped off. But I went to M&S on the advice of my friend who had received excellent service too. From the first moment I made contact by phone, I knew I was in good hands, very professional and helpful from the start. there was a girl on reception, who was particularly good and I felt at ease immediately I met her. I recently had my car repaired at this Accident Repairs and I am extremley happy with the finished work. I found the staff to be very helpful, considerate and knowledgeable. I was told and expected my car to be ready in 6 working days, but they turned it around in 5. They even loaned me a car as well.
