No, they do not. They should just automatically withdraw the new, higher amount. I contacted them to see if this is what happens, no answer. Learn the hard way that, no, you have to fill out a form and send it in to them to have this feature added to your account. So, I did that, then the next month they overcharged me and took out 2 mortgage payments at once. Ha ha a$$holes. Also, the worst phukking website with multiple log-ins required, oh and sometimes the website log-in just doesn't work and you have to call them. Very comforting to have a bank that you can't log into and that has dodgy websites! It's like they had a 3-year-old work out the log-in process. Can't wait to get my mortage out of their hands and into the hands of an institution that is not a complete clown show.
