This bank is truly amazing providing Your honest & sincere with them My oldest son had his loan with this Bank I called them up and asked them for One month out due to I had major Work repairs for the truck I wasn't Able to pay them and get his truck fixed They were truly amazing They gave it to me as I was up to Date with my payments to them ! Good luck trying to pay your mortgage with this bank. First, mortgage payments go up to cover escrow charges, fine, ok. But do they make it easy to adjust your payment amount? No, they do not. They should just automatically withdraw the new, higher amount. I contacted them to see if this is what happens, no answer. Learn the hard way that, no, you have to fill out a form and send it in to them to have this feature added to your account. So, I did that, then the next month they overcharged me and took out 2 mortgage payments at once. Ha ha a$$holes. Also, the worst phukking website with multiple log-ins required, oh and sometimes the website log-in just doesn't work and you have to call them. Very comforting to have a bank that you can't log into and that has dodgy websites! It's like they had a 3-year-old work out the log-in process. Can't wait to get my mortage out of their hands and into the hands of an institution that is not a complete clown show. read more

It's one the worst bank I ever seen , I was financed my car with this bank everyday increased the interest then I paid double.

Terrible bank. I get locked out of my online banking nearly every time I try to log in and have to call them to unlock it because it asks me security questions that are about the area and not at all about you. Have to be a geology expert to deal with these people. Save all your recipes because they'll also tell you things were never paid when they were. read more
