A VERY BIG THANK YOU!!! to both Debra & John who helped me get a vehicle loan on a great low APR…read morerate. I'm a current member with the bank next door to them (HVFCU) but I was denied a vehicle loan because of low credit history (even though my score was good). I waited about 1-2 months and sat with a HVFCU representative about my denial and if I should re-apply for the loan, they did not recommend to proceed with the application as it may get rejected again. So I stepped outside and looked to my right... glanced at the MHVFCU and I thought I'll take my chances with this credit union I haven't heard of before. I walked into a very nice, modern, high tech & elegant main lobby and was greeted by friendly smiles. I did not have to wait, and was immediately being assisted by Jonathan who helped me fill & submit my application and mentioned he would get back to me later the same day (which I thought would never happen). The most shocking thing to me is when he called and said that my loan was approved! A few days later I found my dream car and went over to MHVFCU to finalize my loan. I was also in a hurry to get things done but I sat with Debra who professionally went over every detail and made sure I sent her all necessary documents. Then within a matter of minutes, I managed to get a check for the car payment. Debra was amazing, she helped me get what I needed, quick! I'm so glad I walked over to MHVFCU that day. The place is not overly crowded and there's always someone to help and pay special attention to you. Please keep up the great work and high standards.

I'm gonna be starting a active lawsuit with the state of Ohio behind me against woodforest…read more overdraft system please don't bank with them you will pay outrageous fees that make no sense if you have already experienced this please get in contact with me so we can take them down this is corporate evil at there worst they give you the good speech about how you can cash checks for free and so on so forth never truly explaining this bank is hell worst bank I ever had fees for just using there card at a store you lose about 10 percent just having this bank alone the rudest customers service and bankers I have ever dealt with so if you experienced bad overdraft to where you over spent 200 and now paying 400 please contact me to join my lawsuit in (ohio)
