A person , on foot, has to walk to the very back of the bank, and use the ATM, in the dark, where all the cars get to use it at the drive thru. I think that is ridiculous & dangerous. The "Teller" seemed ok, I've had friendlier. This is definitely not the bank I will continue to go to, even if it's closest to where I live. I don't even know if they do drive thru transactions? It didn't look like it, but I couldn't tell for sure.

The reason I don't give this place a good rating is because even though they're friendly enough, I was so angry from my experience at M&T down the road that I came in here to ask if they can give me a bank account with no fees and no weird bullsh** charges if I don't use the account very often... And basically what I got from this is that, maybe, just maybe, they would do things in a less shady manner than M&T - but they weren't very convincing, so while they were friendly, by the time I talked to them at length I realized that just like M&T they have their hidden charges and odd fees and I guess all the banks are doing it now - so I decided not to switch.

The "Tellers" are always very nice & I always get taken care of very fast. They have Sanitizer satiation all over,which is great & very necessary these days. Lots of parking in the lot for that block of businesses in the back. I was the only customer in there today at closing time,so I was taken immediately & had a nice conversation with the teller. She was a very sweet lady.

The building is absolutely gorgeous. I've only been here a couple of times (although I've driven or walked past it 100 times) and it's a pretty standard branch of this bank which is of course my bank, and I'm frustrated with them, because for some reason they have to charge and use little fees and are pretty shady in every regard - but I give this one a little extra credit because the building is so nice. In fact it's one of the highlights of the central area of Kenmore.

Okay, thanks..but, he never did point me to the bathroom and I didn't care to ask a second time. I deposited a check here; it was quick, painless and easy. The teller was like a ninja with how fast she was able to deposit my check. I was impressed; I've been to a lot of different branches and I swear I've never had someone be that speedy. It took about 2 seconds. I haven't had to go to this branch to do any serious banking just yet (such as ACH transfers or anything of the sort), but they seem pretty laid back and not overly busy. Granted, I did come here around 3p on a weekday, so we'll see if this changes as I'm sure to be back numerous times since this is the closest branch to my house.

All I've received is a barrage of lies and excuses. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and very near the breaking point because of these sick, unprofessional hogs.
