My bank BOA has to literally send them a check each month rather than doing a transfer. Then apparently I had a typo when I paid the bill and was 1 dollar short. This poor excuse of a bank has called me once a day for the past 3 days over this dollar. I told the "man" to note my account that I would pay $1 extra on the November payment - he informed me that he can't do that and that they will be reporting me to the credit bureau for late payments. Fees for services are better than most banks and credit unions. Any changes I have had to make to distribution of money have been handled quickly and efficiently. I have my pension directly deposited into my accounts and they go without any hitch. Not only do I have savings and checking accounts with TFCU, but I also have my primary credit card with them. I recently realized in the middle of the night that I had been scammed. I called the credit card phone number and they got on it right away. They canceled my current credit card and gave me a totally new one and they were also able to have the money refunded back to my credit card account. I have to do my banking online because I do not live near a branch but so far, so good.

The next morning we speak to a rep and she told us they could issue a new card but it would be 7 business days, and that we could go to any branch and get one issued immediately. We go to 2 different branches and both of them inform us that they only have 2 staff members working and we're uncertain if they could assist my wife.. With the limited hours that banks already operate this was EXTREMELY frustrating because my wife had been without a card all week and we still hadn't received anything in the mail. It's impossible calling customer service for help because they also have limited hours throughout the week. Very disappointed in our experience.
