I refinanced my mortgage so I was one less product away from fitting the criteria for my other accounts and fees started accruing. Since I don't use this bank frequently I don't notice anything different on my acct. out of the blue I received and email notice about my account changes. I go into the branch and the manager explained I have to physically go into the branch and make a transaction or they would close the accounts. Instead of recommending banking products to fit my current situation they allow my accounts to stay as they were and I'm back in here again. Not the greatest service

We made it to the bank literally at 4:59 and the doors were still unlocked to my surprise. A few others followed behind us and then they locked their doors at 5:05pm. Now, that's great service, we would have thought the doors would have been locked upon our arrival. Never the less, I provided my confirmation number (ordered the pesos over the phone and for some reason they couldn't be delivered) and completed my transaction. Great job Wells Fargo!

Instead of letting me know they could no longer provide what was requested at the branch level, she proceeded to give me what she thought I could use. I wasted time sitting there thinking I was getting what was required only to receive a substitute that did not included everything that was listed in the email I received. She was empathetic to my emotional state due to life giving me lemons lately, but due to her assumptions, I was not given a choice to pursue what I needed at another level or sit there and get the substitute she assumed would solve my issue. Bank of America has declared my MIL dead twice in one year, regardless of the fact she is alive and…read morewell. No death certificate was given to them either time for her but they stopped her SSI deposit AND this time did NOT return the money to SSA, which is both Bank fraud and wire fraud because they are making interest off of the money that they neither deposited or returned. We are switching all of our accounts to another bank as to avoid BoA from marking anyone dead in our household when they are alive and kicking. Don't trust BoA.
