One teller was handling a deposit and the other didn't seem to be doing much. The working teller finished with the customer and took the next one. Another customer came in behind me. Then another customer came in. The working teller took the customer in front of me. Three of us were standing in line waiting. Finally, the other teller called me. My transaction was handled efficiently. This is not the service I'm come to expect from Capital One. I can only hope it does better the next time.

I opened 2 business accounts here had a mortgage and a personal checking account. I refinanced my mortgage so I was one less product away from fitting the criteria for my other accounts and fees started accruing. Since I don't use this bank frequently I don't notice anything different on my acct. out of the blue I received and email notice about my account changes. I go into the branch and the manager explained I have to physically go into the branch and make a transaction or they would close the accounts. Instead of recommending banking products to fit my current situation they allow my accounts to stay as they were and I'm back in here again. Not the greatest service

My service needs were to obtain foreign currency (USD to Pesos) so I had to go to a branch whose lobby was open. We made it to the bank literally at 4:59 and the doors were still unlocked to my surprise. A few others followed behind us and then they locked their doors at 5:05pm. Now, that's great service, we would have thought the doors would have been locked upon our arrival. Never the less, I provided my confirmation number (ordered the pesos over the phone and for some reason they couldn't be delivered) and completed my transaction. Great job Wells Fargo!

Also, it's kind of off in the wood works on Fort Meade. Very small branch with basic services, but they do indeed provide those basic services - I'm not sure if they do other things (mortgages, more intricate banking needs), but I went in with a couple of coworkers to modify our association bank account, and we did have to wait a bit as it was a little busy when we got there, but we did get it done quite painlessly. Of note: I don't believe there are bathrooms (at least not for customers), so make sure you don't have to go before you show up in case it's busy when you get there.

I would literally give this poor excuse of a bank negative stars if I could!! First off in this…read moreday and age for a bank not to accept an electronic payment from another bank is unheard of. My bank BOA has to literally send them a check each month rather than doing a transfer. Then apparently I had a typo when I paid the bill and was 1 dollar short. This poor excuse of a bank has called me once a day for the past 3 days over this dollar. I told the "man" to note my account that I would pay $1 extra on the November payment - he informed me that he can't do that and that they will be reporting me to the credit bureau for late payments. I'd keep my money under my mattress before I would use this bank!!
