The two mechanics I encountered were kind, patient, and thorough. These guys more than met my expectations. They charged exactly what they quoted me and checked under the hood (belts, fluids) for free. When I spoke with the main mechanic (Mike, I think his name is) on the phone, he was patient, didn't rush through the conversation, and explained what he thought the problem could be; he also gave a timeline for how long it could take -- a REALISTIC timeline that he met. When what should have been a 15 minute job at the least, my truck was on the lift for 40 minutes. To top that off when they lowered my truck they closed my hood and said I was ready to go. They did not ask me to start my truck to check for leaks and for the oil filter to fill up and they did not check my oil level afterwards. Like I said. After he was done, I left and my car was vibrating horribly. I took it straight back and the same young man pulled the tire off and checked the balance. It was out of balance, and he apologized and fixed it quickly. The person in the office would not accept any payment, and I tried to pay her.
