My husband purchased me a hour massage here I sat and waited 15 minutes before the lady even came in. Ten my to the massage her phone rings five minutes into and she answers it leaving me waiting for her to return not once not twice not even three times she did this yelling in her language on the phone with this person she continued talking on the phone while finishing my message (Yelling) After I was finished she started tapping the tip jar (as tips are optional) she hounded me for a tip I walked outside waiting for my husband to pick me up and he walked outside the sorry and kept hounding for a tip ! Not only that I have such horrible back pain and bruises on my back from her being so aggressive! I would not recommend this place for the life on me ! I was looking for a massage after a particularly rough series of workouts. The first few places I tried in Columbus either had no availability, were a bit short, or were no longer open. I called M&Y Massage and Linda picked right up. She let me know I could come in for a massage immediately. Upon arrival, I noticed the facility was clean, tidy, and inviting. Linda greeted me when I walked in, went over pricing, and was overall extremely professional and kind. I was shown to my room where I was given privacy to change and lay down. Linda came in and asked me about problem areas as well as my desired amount of pressure. Once we were on the same page, Linda got right to work on the massage. She was receptive to my needs and made it a point to ensure the pressure was ok and I was comfortable throughout.
