Within minutes of talking on the phone, I felt he could deal with my Type A-may panic about taxes-personality. A win for me. Everything was organized and simple. Since Barbra is the only one who prepares taxes and is never there she rely's on her assistants to run things during her constant absence. The only English spoken by her assistants is "Barbara -10 minutes" but 10 minutes is more like 10 days. I need both hands to count the number of times I have stopped by to get an update on my taxes only to be turned away. This includes stopping by today (April 15th) TWICE! WTF?
