Never called back and the day after my daughter got into a accident There was no help whatsoever they kept denying the claim. We called State Farm Multiple times on the status and no response. very disappointed in a company we've put time and effort into. I have not only had my home, auto & personal liability coverages with Matt for nearly a decade now, but when our condo association decided to replace our old agent, Matt's advice and guidance proved the difference for earning our business several years ago too. I can't speak highly enough of this office. I could blather on as to why on an emotional level this office is great, but I'll just let the facts speak for themselves: 1. State Farm is not the least expensive insurance out there, however, you DO get what you pay for. I lived abroad for 5 years and when I returned, it was difficult and expensive to insure me, but Matt gave me the best rate for the best insurance. 2. I had car & renters insurance with them and never had any issues whatsoever and this was most important when it comes to fact #3- 3. My car was parked and it got totaled after someone smashed into it. I did not go through the offender's insurance, I used my State Farm and was more than happy to pay the deductible. The offender's insurance was some company called "Falcon Insurance." My claim was taken care of quickly and I did not have any hassles once we got the ball rolling. 4. I recently got married and we are expecting our first child. It is less expensive for us for me to join my husband on his Geico policy (Geico is pretty decent). However, after the car wreck this was a very hard choice since we were taken care of so well. It was Matt who helped us decide to go with Geico because babies are expensive and my insurance with State Farm was not really in the budget. 5. Due to the child on the way, we purchased a life insurance policy through Matt. We were thoroughly educated on the matter, and State Farm was amazing through out the process.
