I had a quote within a couple of days. I had my model in my hands about a week later! My print was examined before it was shipped. There was a part that Robert felt was unacceptable. He offered to try to improve the print and send it later. The customer service is top notch. The pricing is better than any other service I have used before. Your emails will be answered quickly. Robert is clearly trying to make good prints and not just renting out his printers. I will definitely be using his services again in the future.
