Chris and his apprentice Chelsea were with us for 4 days, to improve the functionality of the electrical components in our 63 year old house. Some of the work involved moving or installing outlets, lights, switches and baseboard heaters. All the work was completed with care and attention to detail. I texted and emailed 20 roofing companies because my roof was left exposed and unfinished by Monty Marsaw from M&M Roofing. Monty did not show on Friday May 3, 2019 to finish the job. When I called Monty on Friday afternoon to ask why he was not working on my roof, he said he could not finish the job because "he felt overwhelmed". It did not seem to bother Monty that he ripped off my shingles, leaving the roof exposed and unfinished. The guy just left the job half done and never showed up again. Like hello, are the lights on or what is up buddy? Talk about being left in a bind. Rain could destroy my entire home! The guy has no morals, no care and zero class. Avoid that guy please. This is a fair and honest warning. Thankfully, Nathan Badour from Undercutters Roofing responded to my email and showed up with a roofer at 9 AM as promised. By the way, Nathan is the only roofer to show up. All the other companies I emailed and texted ignored my call or just did not show. Bear in mind this was and is an emergency call. What does that tell you about the man and the company? What does that say about the no shows? It goes without saying that I hired Nathan with the promise he will send three guys over this afternoon to complete, repair and redo the hack job done by Monty Marsaw.
