Upon returning, she rang me up for %150 of the original price, due to the watch being "more difficult than anticipated" (I was still out of the store in less than 8 minutes). She did not let me know at any point they were going to change the service required and add on the watch specialist charge. Had that been communicated, I would have gone to Robert Goodman, another local Zionsville Jewler, who resizes free of charge (highly reccomend him). Althought it was still relatively inexpensive, it was a breach of our contract and there was a lack of communication on their side. Which shouldn't happen at all. Furthermore, the staff lost a piece of my watch during the resizing (one of my pins) and had kept that information from me, until I spoke up after receving the watch back. Although again, it was a relatively small piece, the principal and integrity of the matter still should be held in high regard, even with the little things. After all this happened I asked them to honor the original price and was met with a no. Their other reviews are stellar, I just wish I was met with that same standard today, but unfortunately I was not.
