I got off the elevator and saw the lab this way arrow. As I rounded the corner I saw the Suite 200 this way arrow. The other way! Which I had seen in the lobby "Laboratory Suite 200". Confused, I turned around to go the other way... got back to the elevators and turned around once again!! I told the check in fellow I was confused and not sure I was in the right place.... Then I told the ever so friendly and kind Tony "I need a B12 fast lab done". Tony asked me for my phone number, name and date of birth. As he typed away I jokingly said... yeah, I'll be back here on Thursday for six more labs. Tony glanced up at me "I think we can get them all done today." Wonderful!! Tony handed me the blue paper w my sticker and told me to drop it in the basket below the window on the opposite wall. Thank you Tony for exceptional and such friendly service...for 7:00a.m.! I don't think I even waited 15 minutes when Diana called my name. We walked in to the room where I confirmed my name and birthday and she poked me. I didn't count but maybe(?) took seven vials of blood, since I was to have seven labs. Maybe less, as it didn't feel like seven since we chatted while she did it. Diana then said I was done. I said "what? I thought I'd be here all day?!" Diana said "you weren't even here five minutes." Thank you Diana for such quick blood draws and being so friendly. I have a pretty rare medical condition, and information I found indicated that the medications prescribed could cause issues. And yes, I know there's a lot of false information online, which is Why I Called. I told him what happened to me and he basically called me a liar. I had a severe reaction to Zofran while the paramedics were working on me. My blood pressure, according to paramedics, was 80/40. I told him that and he said, verbatim, "No it wasn't." I told him the paramedics had to try 3 times to even get a blood pressure on me. He said, verbatim, "No they didn't." My husband was in the room when paramedics were there and saw/heard all of this. I told Smiley I was concerned because my condition is rare and some doctors aren't familiar with it. The doctors have told me this. Smiley said that wasn't true. He said that since the meds were prescribed in hospital there is no issue and I should just take them. So aside from giving me bad medical advice, he was rude and dismissive. I can't help but think that if I was a man I would have gotten better treatment. I don't know if Voyage records phone calls like some businesses do, but if they do I would highly recommend they listen to the call. That being said, everyone else at the Voyage clinic in Osseo are absolutely wonderful and I've gotten great care from them. Big shoutout to Mr. Horn and the rest of the staff.

The doctor spent about 15 seconds listening to me, rattled off a bunch of conditions asking if I had them (which idk that's why I was there....?) and then sent me on my way. He laughed in my face when I asked if it could be something in my home environment making me sick. And then he told me I wasn't really sick. When I read the after visit summary, I was shocked to read the assessment was that I have anxiety and depression and need to be referred to psych. That was never even discussed in my 4 minute visit and I was disgusted to see my physical pain and life disruption to be dismissed as "all in her head!". Save yourself the visit bill and find a clinic who actually cares to listen to patients.

He tried to dispute it, but they didn't want to listen to anything. He left the clinic for good. I was not smart enough to listen to him. After 12 years of being their loyal patient and even bringing my mom and kids there, I scheduled a wellness exam for my daughter with a first available medical doctor since we were overdue to wait for our primary doctor. The doctor was talking about allergies and other issues, even though I didn't ask him or want to go on and on about it and had to tell him multiple times that we know how to deal with that. Park Nicollet double charged me for a wellness and an office visit. After I tried to dispute this unfair charge, they turned me around. Very disappointed. I am leaving the clinic together with my family members. Hopefully you are happy with my $226 bill, because it will be my last one for you!

This place deserves the recognition for spectacular service and I hope others have the same experience and add their thoughts. Keep in mind this is a VA (veterans affairs) OUTPATIENT clinic. Not for emergencies and you need to call to make appointments with the providers. They have toooons of classes to help Veterans and a plethora of brochures. There are health classes for diet and nutrition, when you first arrive for your initial appointment you should receive a folder with important documents to help out. The very first time I came here I was floored with the exceptional service. With the exception of one person working there, every single provider + assistants/RN (excuse me for incorrect titles, my knowledge is fuzzy in that area), to the receptionists; everyone has been phenomenal. I'd give this place 15 stars if I could. Claudette was fantastic in helping me (2/11/20) get paperwork to enroll and gave me extra info + a book to help me out. She said she'd check back today or tomorrow to make sure it went through. She was very friendly, sweet, and kind. I've consistently had amazing service here by all of the ladies at the front desk. One time I showed up wearing sunglasses due to a horrid migraine and they all understood from the front desk that said to keep them on, to the provider that was amazing and turned the lights off/down. The virtual calls you can make on the computers there - fantastic! The guy I spoke with said to keep my sunglasses on or I could turn off the lights and continue the video call. The ladies and gents taking blood were understanding and made me laugh so hard to distract from the head pain. Seriously, every single person that day, my first day nonetheless, didn't make me feel weird or make fun of me for the migraine. I've never had such wonderful service at a location. This set the bar high. Whenever I have appointments at Ramsey I get excited, because I feel like I'm home and with family when I'm there. Keep it up, y'all are doing great things to help veterans. From a vet to everyone that works there - thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of us. You truly go above and beyond and providing stellar service.

Front desk staff is friendly and so helpful! Parking is abundant and there's a good drop off section in front of the doors for accessibility. Lots of seating inside to wait near specific doors for your doctor or in different department sections. There's also a gift shop & pharmacy, but I haven't used their services. My main decision in coming here is that it's a convenient location that holds my specialty needs and regular care needs. However, I'm not upset or disgruntled to have this be my healthcare home base.
