I'm giving it four stars because they were out of a couple of very standard things, like Miso soup, it wasn't a big thing but getting the little things right makes the whole experience better. Also, their fish selection was a little small for my taste.
The sushi was very good, well prepared and well presented. They do serve your rolls family style, with all the rolls ordered coming out on one serving board, so be sure to ask what is what if you don't already know.
You won't find the variety here that you do in a U.S. based sushi house but you'll definitely find the quality and attention to detail. I'll definitely be visiting this restaurant again.
