It was easy to get my car out, I didn't have to pay extra money. I didn't pay any storage fees and my items were still inside.

So my car was stolen and found in Irvington NJ. When the police found it they said there was nothing wrong with both interior and exterior. All it says is i just had miscellaneous items throw around inside and dents and scratches on the exterior which i was well aware of. This place was where my car was towed to and i had to pick it up from. I did not elect to use this place nor have I ever been in Irvington Nj my entire life. From what I seen and all the reviews on google and yelp alone they should not be in buisness at all. They stole the overhead interior lights that had my Bluetooth speaker in it and the overhead light in the back seat. There was nothing wrong with my car when the police found it and that's in writing on the report from the police dept for both interior and exterior descriptions. All of a sudden when I go to pick up my car there are these piece missing. Mind you I waited an hour for these people to bring my car out to me. I've picked up cars from tow yards many times in my life and they ALWAYS give the car asap after you pay. Why did it take these evil thieves an hour. The yard is not that big and and they only had my car less than a day. To claim my car was behind so many cars that it took an hour to bring it out to me is a lie. They took this time to remove these things from my car as i waited outside the gate being robbed by people are supposed to be helpful. I do not belive my car was behind so many cars that it took an hour to get it out. Absolutely makes no sense, again the yard wasn't that big and I was the only person there. No one else was there waiting for a car or needing any assistance from them. Now I'm taking further steps because someone has to shut this place down and i have the proof directly from the police dept. It's disgusting how they run this place. Every review shows how they steal from people and even steal identities. Why are they in buisness if they treat people they way they do. It truly is sad. If zero stars was an option, that is what I would rate the overall service of this towing company. my car had been in a accident & the damages on the back of my vehicle made it difficult to retrieve my belongings from the trunk. The tower who took my car informed me that they have the proper machinery to open my trunk. when I asked them to open it, they refused to do their job until my insurance approved it. I informed my insurance to contact them to open it for me when I come back to the towing company. The towing company opened my trunk while I was not present to retrieve my belongings and never notified me that it was opened. read more

My car was crashed into and MTS came within 10 min to come pick it up... they charged for the winch, cleanup, taped window, and storage fee which came out to roughly $600 but my insurance covered all of it. This place is worst than any towing place I ever dealt with in my entire life and I'm 54. These people are extortionist's, they're running a corrupted business ripping people off left and right. Our vehicle was involved in a hit and run and it was totaled. Unfortunately these thieves towed the vehicle to their lot. Now since it was totaled we didn't want anything except our personal belongings. They wanted us to pay the towing fee over $300 in order to retrieve our items(extortion). When we refused they asked us to pay them $100 to retrieve our belongings WTF ! This type of action has to be illegal practices. My daughter was extremely upset that they were trying to keep not only her car but also her belongings if she didn't pay something or sign the title over to them. We had another towing company that was going to come get the vehicle and pay us for the car. They were not having that either. After several hours of going back and forth with their B.S. my daughter was forced to sign the title over to these thieves in order to get her things. Everyone that was present on that day we were there were all complaining about this business's practices. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. This towing company is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They refuse to give pricing estimates before sending out a driver. Talking calmly to employees is met with the employees raising their voice AT POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. The receptionists seems to have never taken basic curtesy lessons nor can speak loud enough to be heard over the phone. The entire company is horrible and quite frankly, I am astonished that they are somehow still in operation. I would recommend dragging your car by hand on your knees before even thinking about bringing business to his company. They stole a pair of Raybans I left in my vehicle. I kindly asked where they have taken my shades but of course they will never admit and they all claim they "don't know". There are thieves working at that place. I will never get my car towed there again. They are lucky they are still business because of the contract they have with the various city police departments. But that would not hide the fact they steal from innocent people cars. They over price and would not even try to even give you respect upon arrival. A bunch of crooks and savages. This place is terrible they say they were holding my vehicle for four days when it was there for only two and charge $300 dollars? highway robbery.
