I would be real careful with these guys. Had them do repair and instal a new roof due to collision damage. That was an insurance job. great work on the roof. As soon as we got the camper back a leak was found, presumably related to the roof repair. Brought camper back and they said it was a leak on the back window and they fixed it. Again, right after leak was still there. Diagnosed it ourselves and found seal on back window was where leak was coming from (sent them a video of where the leak was coming from and where the water was going). Brought camper back again and was told they replaced the window seal and it was fixed. Once again, the leak was still there. Finally, i got the time to tear it apart myself. It was clear they did not remove the window nor did they replace the seal. I could tell this based on the condition of the "new seal" as well as the lack of any marks on the hardware around the window. We paid several hundred dollars for work that was never done. If I felt I could prove it before a judge I would have sued them, but it wasn't worth my time. read more

My AC was not working so I called M-Tech Service the # was given to me in the RV park where i am staying I was quoted labor to install at 1-hour,hourly rate was $260.00 and a $ 100.00 Call-out fee for a total of 363.00 I purchased the AC from Campers World saving $ 700.00 When Manny completed the installation he gave me a bill for $ 430.00 he and his helper took less than 1 hour I asked why the bill was more he " said that's what we charge " I called it bait and switch, he threatened to remove the ac from my RV Beware of the outfit M_TECH RV SERVICE FT Pierce FL Roger I read more

I can't believe some of these negative reviews about M-Tech. We are a couple in our 80's. Manny & Matt have been helping us for years. We have had an assortment of older and/or badly made rigs & they have repaired them quickly at a very fair price. They are quick to respond to our emergencies. Their office manager, Chad, is quick to respond to our pleas for help, always communicating. The entire company is tremendously knowledgeable, efficient & fair. Frankly, we have never experienced such a level of competence. If you have ever think you have been wronged by them, I am afraid it must your fault. These guys are exemplary. read more

BEYOND UPSET. When I first contacted them, (HIGHLY RECCOMENDED, BTW), the response was amazingly fast! I was so impressed, HOWEVER, once I gave the "go" to start working on my unit, the communication came to a halt! I addressed my concerns with Chad (I BELIEVE he is an office employee) about my concerns with the slow or no responses. He assured me things will be fine moving forward. WRONG! Since then I have been trying to SIMPLY GET A PHONE CALL AND/OR PAPERWORK on the work that was done, THAT I PAID FOR ALREADY! HERE WE GO... I have picked up my unit. Several things, in my opinion, were not addressed. I have been trying to rectify my concerns with "Chad", but was unable to, so I asked to speak to the owner. NOBODY AT THE BUSINESS could tell me or send me a "breakdown" of what was inspected in my fifth wheel or confirm what was fixed, IF ANYTHING! After about 2 weeks, I did hear from the owner "Manny" who requested photos, WHICH I SENT IMMEDIATLEY. HERE WE GO AGAIN... IT HAS BEEN almost 2 weeks WITH 2 RESPONSES, (TEXT MESSAGES) from Chad, ON THE SAME DAY, simply saying... "Manny would prefer to talk to me personally", again, ALMOST 2 WEEKS AGO and I have STILL NOT HEARD A WORD, nor will they answer a text or phone call. I AM 100 PERCENT DISSATISFIED! I was told the "work" WAS done, HOWEVER, I can not get a phone call back or any paperwork describing WHAT has been done, as there are things still not working! We have just relocated to Port Saint Lucie. We were preparing to go on our first short camping trip since the pandemic. We discovered a series of issues on the RV that needed attention. We needed our power awning to work. The other issues could wait. We did some research on the internet and decided to take a chance and reach out to M-Tech Mobile RV Service. I explained to Manny that we had booked our campsite in two days. He said he would figure out the way to fit us in and help us out. Manny and his partner Matt were knocking at our door late the next day. It was obvious from the questions they asked and the troubleshooting process they went through that they were intimately familiar with the popular Dometic 9100 RV awning. On short order, they diagnosed the problem and corrected it. Their fee was reasonable, and they accommodated our credit card without a problem. Within minutes, we had a copy of our detailed paid invoice on our phone. We are happy to recommend M-Tech for a broad range of RV repairs. They previously worked for a large RV dealership, and are well-trained in RV systems. M-Tech will be our choice for all future RV repair work on our diesel-powered 23' Winnebago View Class C RV. read more

Manny and Matt Saved the Day!! We were visiting Fort Pierce, Florida and we needed help for the 1996 Beaver Patriot. As you know having an RV and reading this review, motorhomes have a lot of systems and it gets complicated pretty quickly. In a nutshell, when I called Manny answered the telephone, and said he would call the next morning between 9 and 9:30 for availability that day. he called the next morning and showed up right away at our KOA site and got to work immediately. Manny and Matt diagnosed our problem was a failing inverter - with some related wiring issues that were not let me say "standard" for the industry. M- Tech corrected all of it. In addition, they tested our water pump as requested and installed a new electrical start switch. ** We finaly had running water including hot water in our RV! We did not have this before, as we recently purchased this Beaver motorhome recently and have had some intractable issues. Overall, I am extremely pleased with Manny, Matt, and M-Tech. Reliable as promised, got right to work, worked efficiently and competently, and at a fair price. They even replaced a broken awning bracket I needed at an extremely fair price - gratis. If we were staying longer than our short stay allowed, I would have had Manny and Matt do even more for our RV. It is very hard to discern whether a potential service will fit the bill or frankly might screw you. I totally trust them.I am glad the KOA site manager Gina recommended them! read more

These guys answered the phone when called, and showed up quickly to repair the electrical hydraulic Jack system on our RV. Manny kept us updated about the delivery of the part, and he and Matt came back as soon as it came in, right as they promised. Next time i am hiring I will make sure I research the company thoroughly because this company is beyond horrible. the customer service is beyond bad. they will be nice to you to get your service but treats you like trash if you call back for them to resolve what they claim to fix that works for 1 minute. I called these guys to look at our RV water heater as it gets hot sometimes and then back to cold. I also wanted them to look at our roof as we observed water seeping on the wall inside the bathroom. I ask them to do a through service of the rv. I asked the price over the phone as I would like to have an idea before they come out. they told me $100 to come out then they have to see what the issue is before they charge. Bear in mind they are 5 minutes away from me. literally five minutes which I didn't know at the time as I did not do my due diligence because I got the number from another repair shop and trusted their recommendation. I called Friday and Chad told me they will get with me Monday. When I called on Monday Manny answered the phone and said there was a misunderstanding he didnt say they would come out on Monday. they came on Wednesday, worked for less than an hour and charged us $175 per hour plus $100 to come to us, also $ 36 dollars for a part that could be purchased for $9 upwards. (RV water heater terminal cut off kit can be bought for approximately $9 upwards). bear in mind he didn't use an entire kit. He left and the water was not getting hot. We called and he said wait a while which we did and it gets hot for a minute then cold again like it usually does before he got here. when I realized he charged $175 an hour which he refused to give over the phone we changed our minds about him doing anything else apart from the water heater and to let us know where there was a leak on the roof because we wanted to stay within the hour.. His assistant went on the roof for less than 5 mins, claimed he sealed a crack. when they left the seep in the bathroom was worse. water was now flowing as it had been raining all week. water was now dripping on me in my bed which has never happened before and also in the middle of the RV. I called to inform them of what was happening and they insist they didnt do anything to cause the leaks and that The rv would have started leaking because its old. it was old before they got here and we didnt have all those problems. asked them to come look at the water heater because they collected $264.58 for less than an hour service and its not working. they said they have to fit us in when they are working for someone else in the area. bear in mind they are 5 minutes away from me because I googled their address before writing this review. I believe if you work for someone and collect their money and realize the problem is not resolved its your duty to at least give them a specific time or timeframe that you will return to resolve the issue. he said they are not sure sure if they can fit us in because they are busy for the next couple of days. I said fit us in for the day after that. he replied thats not possible. by this time i started getting annoyed and he said he wont be able to until the middle of the next two weeks. Also Manny claimed he fixed the water heater because it was working after he left. I reiterate the water heater would work for a shot time periodically prior to him claiming that he fixed it which i explained to him before he came so he is very aware it wasn't fixed. Chad hanged up the phone when i was expressing my frustrations. i wasn't disrespectful to him at all. i was just trying to get them to come resolve the water heater issue. when i called back Manny answered and claiming when he comes back he is going to chare for whatever the issue is. we decided to let them go with the $264.58 as they may come back and make the problem worse since they are already having a very nasty attitude towards the situation.
