We moved on to the inverter/Fridge problem, within minues he solved my trouble. Then during conversation, he determined that a broken screw in the door would be solved by a spare screw he had in his truck, which he gave us. What a kind, competent and efficient mechanic. He got very upset and threatened to not do the job. He said." I can be very selective as to who I do work for, I'm not here to waste my time. I usually work on motor coaches and I worked for Provost, blah, blah, blah". He would not stop self praising himself the entire time. He talks a good game and seemed knowledgeable plus the other company wasn't available to do the work until mid May, so I decided to have him do the job. He mentioned that he only installs AC's that he provides himself. It was a markup of over $250 from what I could get it for, but I accepted nonetheless. I told him I would pay him cash and we scheduled the job for the very next day. That evening after discussing it with my wife, I realized I was not prepared to pay him the job in cash so I called him first thing in the morning and told him that I would need to go ahead and pay him with a credit card and that I was OK with the extra fee. He immediately got upset and said that he expected cash on that very day and that he was just not gonna do the job. He abruptly hung up the phone. I had even mentioned to him that if he could only do it for cash then it could be next week and offered to go ahead and pay him now for the AC which he had supposedly already ordered. He just mentioned that he needed the cash that day and that's what he expected and that he was not gonna do the job.

Was sloppy when painting new metal that was installed got it all over my diamond plate So this is a response into Jupiter trailer and hitch you did not tell me your labor rate I asked you as I was paying the bill You didn't request to clean the mess of your overspray because you didn't know about it until I posted it and I shouldn't have to bring my trailer back for something that should have never happened. And lastly yes I did know that you might have to cut out some metal but it has nothing to do with the price jump in the beginning when I brought my trailer to you and you actually inspected it and gave me the first price and then jump that up a few hours later when I called you on the phone all everything that I wrote is true facts not trying to bash your place that's why I gave you a three stars and not just one.

Fast forward to today, the county was giving us trouble about the shed and supposedly lost paperwork and would not accept the original forms that Bobby emailed me because the dates were from a few years ago (when I purchased it) and the county demanded we have 'updated' papers. I called Bobby out of the blue and he sent new forms over before we even hung up the phone. His customer service is unmatched and when we are ready to get some new toys this will be the only place we shop at!
