This has been one of the worst insurance claim experiences I've ever had after an accident. There is a complete lack of communication. Calls and emails go unanswered for days, and when you finally reach someone, you get inconsistent information or promises that are never followed through. I was told I would receive a rental assistance for five days, only for that to suddenly change to two days with no clear explanation--while my car is still sitting at the shop waiting on approvals. The claims process is extremely slow, with delays on supplements that have already been submitted. Everything feels disorganized and poorly managed. Customer service is also very unprofessional. On multiple occasions, it has been difficult to even communicate properly during calls due to background noise and distractions, which only adds to the frustration when you're trying to resolve an urgent situation. Overall, this experience has been filled with delays, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. Dealing with an accident is already stressful--this company made it significantly worse. I would not recommend them to anyone.

My story with the Vega Agency (specifically Morgan Lingefelt) started in mid-December of 2024 when I asked for my new truck to be added to my parent's policy. I was given a quote for my truck ($350 for full coverage) and was under the impression that it would be added on to my parent's policy. I ended up being given my OWN policy which was not what I requested. After multiple unsuccessful phone calls with Morgan (which I was blamed for not following up, when in fact she told me after every call that she would follow up with me or my dad), it was determined that I would cancel my policy with them and look elsewhere. This was when they decided to try and help (unsuccessfully). Morgan said she would try to get me a better quote for my truck, including a defensive driving class I had taken 2 months prior, and told me that she needed to get it "approved" by upper management? I was again told that she would follow up with me about the quote, never to hear from her unless I called. Last friday, I called and spoke with Brenda and she told me that Morgan was out of the office and would follow up with me on Monday (Jan 27).... surprise, I never received a call from anyone at the agency. I called at least once a week for over 1 month, and was just now able to cancel my policy with Morgan Lingefelt and the Vega Agency. This whole process lasted a little over 1 month, and I assume they refuse to follow up to keep collecting $$ from their overpriced policies. I would HIGHLY!!!!! recommend you look elsewhere for insurance, as the Vega Agency will 100% mess something up, blame it on you, and sandbag the entire process to make you either give up or leave. I'm not one to leave reviews, unless I have an extraordinary experience (good or bad), and the Vega Agency has earned every bit of this review. I hope you take your business elsewhere, as they do not deserve it.
