Instead of addressing a legitimate issue respectfully, the owner was fixated on past experiences with other customers and projected that onto us. We gave them the courtesy of addressing the problem directly rather than immediately leaving a bad review--and that courtesy was not valued or respected. Very disappointing experience overall.
