Reached out to Nailed It Better to find and repair a leak in my tile roof. Donny got back to me…read morequickly and we set up an inspection for later that day. He identified the problem, inspected the roof for other potential problems and found a couple. He took pictures (which he included on the quote) and explained to me why and where my roof leaked. We scheduled my repair for today. They repaired all the problems that they identified and documented their repairs with more pictures and video. I was very happy with the entire process from beginning to end. Donny kept me in the loop and was very timely in his communication. He warrants his work for 3 years.
