Didn't notice the warning cause they probably reset it over and over again so I got the warning after I already drove off the lot. I'm making the best of the car but the price compared to what it is was not fair and completely inflated. For that I cannot recommend this place and would not. Where I thought I was saving getting a used car I couldn't have spent the same and got it new. Just a no go. Oh and they added on gap coverage without asking as well. So thankfully once I refinanced I was refunded the extra packages but not a return or suggest feeling for this business.

It became clear that this was not the quality of vehicle that had been represented. When I contacted the dealership, getting assistance was frustrating. I experienced poor communication throughout the process, including sales representatives hanging up on me instead of addressing my concerns. Eventually, the dealership agreed to buy the vehicle back. However, I was disappointed to learn that the same vehicle is apparently being offered for sale again! The amount of time, stress, and inconvenience caused by selling a vehicle with undisclosed defects, and the difficulty I encountered trying to resolve the situation, means I cannot recommend doing business here.

The issue here was what I was quoted for on repairs. Extremely expensive... for example my A/C was not working as there was a leak in the condenser. They quoted me $849.35 to repair the A/C, replace condenser, relay, and charge air conditioning system. I fixed the A/C for less than $80... bought a condenser for $25 and the charge for the A/C for less than like $15 and i was able to replace the condenser in less than 3 hours... They never worked on my car so I can't speak on what they are capable of but in terms of trust. I would be careful and get second opinions.

I ended up with this dealership and it was an experience. The sales person Antonie seemed very knowledgeable and he gained my trust but it was quickly lost. 1) When I was signing my paperwork he promised to get me the second key for my vehicle. By the time paperwork was signed it was pretty late and he informed me that his manager left for the day but he will get it to me. The next day I noticed scratches on the vehicle. I sent a quick message and he said he will take care of it along with ordering a key cause he realized that it only came with one and he will take care of the scratches. I said I have the 360 also I am not sure if I can use it. He told me that I bought the car at night and it would be hard to see but no worries he will take care of it. I said sound great. The next day no response and no follow up on the key or taking care of the scratches. Then reviewing my paperwork I realized that Joseph Fuoco (Joe) the Financing Manger put the temp tag in the wrong name. This lead me to review all my paperwork that was signed to realize he switched the terms of my 360 from it's original agreement of 5 years without informing me. Joe informed me that the first document did not send and something so we need to sign the same paperwork with the same terms. That is where he switched the agreed upon terms to lower the length. But he did not realize that actually the original signed contract did come to me and I downloaded it. I will assume it was done because he realized I was getting tired. This was supposed to be a happy experience for me and my daughter but as a buyer this location lacks integrity and honesty based on what I have experienced. One thing I am known to do, I send business to every salesperson and every business but based on my experienceI will not recommend this location. In addition I have copies of both contracts and they are time stamped. I'm glad I didn't not get financed through the location, I would have been disappointed.
