He came at 5:00 a.m., but when I went outside at 8:00 a.m., there were still approximately six inches of snow on the driveway. By 11:00 a.m., I called to ask if he would be returning to properly clear it. He never came back. It continued snowing until 4:00 p.m., and my husband and I were forced to shovel the driveway ourselves. It was an exhausting and difficult experience, especially given my husband's health condition. A service that was not properly provided, yet he is now requesting $100 for work that was not completed.

They don't have the time for lay people. One time I stood waiting by the scales expecting to be prompted where to put my wire. The guy just glanced at me every now and then, I guess waiting for me to say something. Finally he asked, "are you going to put that on the scale or what?" If you are a contractor however, you'll be greeted by first name in a pat on the back.
