One situation that really bothered me involved a friend who lost her husband just a few months ago. She was charged for a four-zone irrigation system but later discovered only three zones had been installed. When she tried contacting the company to have the issue addressed, she says they completely stopped responding. Unfortunately, she isn't the only one. Another neighbor experienced what he believes was improperly installed wiring that nearly caused a fire, and he also says his calls went unanswered. A third neighbor was left with an overloaded irrigation system and reports being ghosted as well. Customer service doesn't end once the check is cashed. If multiple customers are left with unresolved issues and can't even get a return phone call, that's a serious concern. I hope this company starts standing behind its work and treating customers with the respect they deserve.

There are irrigation pipes sticking out in my yard because they were not buried properly and my yard does not have full water coverage. When contacted about the issue Eli became defensive and then ignored all requests to have the issues resolved. After having to file a complaint with the SC Dept of Consumer Affairs, Eli finally responded and wanted to negotiate the amount he ripped me off. When told about the problems I was having with the work he did he responded "what do you want me to do"?
