They sent me an email today acknowledging they received our cancellation request back in April (but did not accept due to some email), and that on top of the $230+ I have already paid without services. They want another $128.59 for me to cancel, even though we thought we were good in April. They mentioned we did not get a response to some email process that Tecumseh Shape Fitness neglected to inform us about, so somehow this is our fault?
