So glad I came across MCC! I had my baby shower here recently. Maria was super easy to work with. She made sure all my questions were answered and that everything was set for the event. They provide 17 6-foot tables, 3 3-foot round tables and 95 chairs. It was perfect for my event of around 85 people. The bathrooms are super clean and easily accessible from the ballroom. The kitchen was a plus as we were able to put extra food and other extra set up stuff hidden in there. The ballroom is easily accessible for those who have wheelchairs or in our case, we had lots of babies/toddlers in strollers lol. You can enter through the courtyard and the elevator will take you to the 2nd floor directly into the ballroom. So convenient! Maria gives very clear instructions on how to enter and what is expected of you as a renter. Throughout the venue there are kind reminders posted on the walls, which was very very helpful! Our party started at 1pm on a Saturday, which initially we were concerned about because Niles has a farmer's market from 9a-1pm. But there was still ample parking BEHIND the farmer's market and also street parking. We heard zero complaints from any of our guests regarding parking. I would definitely recommend booking your next party at MCC :)

Didn't have time to take much photos but overall, my baby shower came together as I expected and more, thanks to my family and friends that came early to help. Maria was very responsive and communicative from the start and had no issues whatsoever with booking, etc. Greta venue space with plenty of tables and chairs. There's a kitchen available for use for a small additional fee, good amount of stalls for the restroom, great lighting and even an elevator if none of your guest or even yourself want to take the stairs! Definitely would recommend this space for anyone looking to book a small or large ish event. I believe capacity is 100 but without the table, the space is pretty spacious. Venue was clean upon arrival and Maria gave very detailed information and steps on what to do upon leaving.

I hosted my husband's surprise birthday here this past weekend. Everything went smoothly. Initial quote: I reached out to Maria in regards to availability and cost. Everything was affordable and event time was perfect for our party. Venue: After making the deposit, I was able to view the venue ahead of time. After opening the front entrance, you walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor or take the elevator. It's an older building but the elevator looks brand new. There are men and women's bathroom in the hallway, outside of the venue space. They have a small kitchen, bar area, and the hall area. It is above the Niles Ice Cream Shop. AC/Heater is provided. Great lighting. There are cameras in the hall. Must be out by 10pm. Process: After speaking/texting/emailing with Maria, I was able to make my deposit and all the necessary contacts were made over the phone/text/emails. She was very accommodating as long as you have communication. This is a great hall to have a party. My guests had enough space for 90 people and they loved the Niles area. We tried not to be too loud as the floors are not insulated and the ice cream shop can hear the loud noises. Therefore, live bands are not allowed but DJ is ok - as long as it's on a specific side of the hall area. But so far, no complaints from the ice cream shop. Overall, I'd have another event here. It's very affordable. Guests found the place easily as long as you provide them with instructions. THANK YOU MCC!

We had our sons first birthday here and it was great! The venue was clean upon arrival and the AC worked great when it got a little too warm. Maria was amazing to work with, she was very responsive and answered all of my questions throughly. We had about 70 people in the space along with a soft play area and we had way more space than I initially thought. There's plenty of parking available across the street and the venue was really easy for my guests to find. The elevator was extremely helpful for our vendors and guests. Would 10/10 recommend if your are looking for a venue in the Fremont area.

We had our baby shower here and everything was amazing! We hosted about 50 people and it was perfect. Maria was very responsive with any questions I had. Caterer was able to utilize the kitchen and bar area was perfect place for our guests to enjoy a beverage. The cost was very affordable and we will definitely be back.

Had my baby shower here a couple weeks ago and it was the best decision I made. Maria is super helpful taking you through the process of renting out the MCC Hall. Her communication skills are above & beyond, she's super fast at replying to any questions you may have. Everything was nice and clean, the hall is a nice size for specific events like a baby shower or get togethers which involve less than 100 people. The kitchen was a great help to use during the baby shower so if you plan on having a buffet style party, I'd suggest renting out the kitchen as well. I had paid extra to have them setup the tables and chairs and it was great because it saved us a lot of time in decorating. Maria also sends you RULES on what to do/what not to do during your event and how to put everything back and keep it clean after your event. Booking the MCC Hall with Maria saved me A LOT of stress.. She's super friendly and super easy to work with I would highly recommend looking into hiring this hall for your next event. You won't regret it!!

Had my babyshower here and it was a great location ! Easy parking and a nice small town/location. It's located on the second floor and has an elevator for easy access. Maria was so nice and very helpful! She was so easy to work with and replied fast. I booked for 7 hours but needed an extra hour so I texted Maria and she gave me the okay really fast. The space is big and can be utilized in different ways. We chose to clean ourselves and cleaning supplies were available along with a code to the dumpster in the courtyard. This made the cleaning process smooth. There is A/C available incase you need it. I was able to fit a DJ and 360 Photobooth in the hall. Will definitely come back in the future if we ever have another event. Highly Recommended!

What a beautiful and spacious location. We held my mother's Celebration of Life event here, and everyone loved the space. I would hold another event here. I had several family members ask me for information to rent. Maria was amazing through the entire process. This was very special for my family.

I believe the orginal request was for 11 people, they quickly brought in additional chairs to get everyone situated. My understanding was that each guest chooses the tea flavor. However, that wasn't the case. The staff brought 2 random flavors. Later on, I requested a specific flavor and she did bring a pot of it. The pace of the food was good, evenly paced and staggered. My favorites included the savory puffs and the raspberry chocolate cheesecake bites. It was a full house on this particular Saturday afternoon and I think the staff did the best they could. Please note that there's only 1 restroom for the entire place and lines can get long. Ample street parking around the area. #25/2026

Somehow we still had to wait 15 minutes for one of the two servers to seat us because they were busy with the only two customers inside. It honestly felt like they were thinking, "Why are you here?" I get that they were going for a unique, vintage, antique vibe, but it was honestly so ugly. I don't know how they managed to make the décor look this bad. The pink tablecloths looked like something from a cheap wedding hall, and the whole place just felt random. There were spider webs everywhere, and nothing looked cared for. The snacks were just as disappointing burnt, dry, greasy, and not tasty at all. We just didn't enjoy it. The service made us feel unwelcome from the start, and when the food and atmosphere were disappointing too, the whole experience ended up ruining our day.

We worked with Leann and Yoselin and they are absolutely lovely throughout the entire process. The entire staff also did such an wonderful job making sure all our guests were well-fed - I didn't hear a single complaint the entire night. If you're looking for an inclusive venue, Casa Bella is a must. We went with their hors d'oeuvres, 3 course meal, open bar (I was overjoyed when they allowed bloody mary's as a signature drink and it was DELICIOUS) and late night snacks and everything was amazing. They also provided us with an outdoor ceremony tent to help us with the heat. Oh, and they have decorations you can rent at a cost or for FREE! We used Weddings with Athena as our coordinator, Celestial Petals as our florist, Ditto Dianto as our photographer, Benji Films (La Venus Studio) as our videographer, and DJ TN with Twin Spin Entertainment as our DJ/MC. All vendors were already familiar with the venue which made the entire planning a breeze. I hope to visit again as a guest as I will be recommending this venue to all future brides & grooms. Thank you so much Casa Bella!

Restrooms inside are super clean, well maintained, and upgraded. High ceilings. Must love the space. There are plenty of free public parking spaces all around the area/on streets/parking lots. Yes, there are also homeless folks living nearby these nicer modern buildings and newer apartments in the neighborhood. You can also walk down the block to a Korean food hall place near other community restaurants. Not far from Mega Mart and smaller retail stores. Government offices and medical offices are walkable distance to/from the event center. City did a great job beautifying downtown Fremont area. Lots of potentials here. The AC was set way too high and staff refused to adjust it, making the room uncomfortably hot. Only two staff members were present--one part-time and the other unwilling to help. We've booked this venue before without problems, but this time the service was unprofessional and unacceptable. Definitely not the level of support you'd expect from a city facility.

Belvoir Springs Bedbug Problem…read more Normally, I'm not the kind of person to go out of my way to post a negative review about an establishment (I don't even really post on Yelp), but Belvoir Springs is problematic enough where people need to be warned. There is a bedbug problem. The attached photos do not do the issue justice (they may get taken down). The bites also extended significantly to my torso. From a customer service standpoint, the owners Jim and Susan Richardson treated me with blatant disrespect. I was called a "hoodlum" (I'm a 4th year medical student), told to "shut the f-- up" , and "how about I bash your guitar over your head" by Jim. How these people can talk to anyone in that manner, much less a tenant, is beyond me. However, the focus of this post is about the sanitation issue. Beside the bedbugs, the kitchen for an entire month was filled with flies, and there is also an elderly man in the basement who personally cares for the feral cats that are on the property (I lived in the basement and there is a large radius in the hallway outside his room that reeks). What's remarkable is that I've posted this message on Craigslist to warn people and within 2 weeks, I received a total of about 10 emails from past residents of Belvoir Springs who had very similar bad experiences. That's 10 random individuals who happened to be browsing the housing section of Craigslist in a 2 week window, who were also past residents of Belvoir Springs and felt strong enough about their horrible experiences there that they e-mailed me to commiserate. What's implicit is that the issues and sub-human standards of Belvoir Springs are much more extensive and have been going on for a long time.

I recently responded via email to an ad about a room for rent. In his response, Jim, who I assume…read moreis the owner and/or general manager told me to make an appointment to see the room. I called to speak to him and asked if there was interest in that particular room. He told me there was interest but no pending applications. With that in mind, I made an appointment for 10 am this morning. I arrived a couple minutes after 10 due to rain. I'd been told to call when I arrived because the staff might not be on property. Three phone calls, two voicemails, one email, and an entire wasted hour later, I finally got someone to come out to the property for my scheduled appointment. When he (whoever he was, since I never got a name and he said he wasn't Jim) arrived, tiny wet dog in tow, he informed me the room I'd made an appointment to see had already been rented. So thanks to poor management and even more poor communication, I wasted time and money going to see a room I was never going to be able to rent. The trip cost me more than just a wasted morning - I could have scheduled client meetings during those hours or worked on pending projects. Instead I got aggravation and an unsympathetic man-with-a-dog-whose-job-title-remains-unknown. If this is how they treat potential customers, buyer beware. The beginning of the relationship is the best it's ever going to get, and it's all downhill from there. Judging by some of the previous comments about the rundown nature of the place (it was neat in appearance but definitely has seen better days, especially the filthy guest bathroom that I refuse to describe here), the service and maintenance is on par with the treatment I received today.
