She doesn't rush through poses and is patient to make sure we get to our poses. She would offer alternatives for our poses to make sure we don't hurt. Every last Friday of the month, Angela would have a sound bath session as part of the yin yoga class. This studio provides blocks, blankets, bolsters, and more. Cubbies are in the front entrance for your shoes. Be sure you take them off before you step inside the actually studio room. Two bathrooms are in the back. The interior of the studio isn't something fancy if this is what you are expecting. More like a warehouse but it is very big to accommodate at least 20 something people. For parking, there is enough space for a limit number of cars. More parking on the street. However, the overall lot is small and can be hard to back out if you have a large car.

I LOVE the instructors and I love the classes! I tried most classes during the 2-week unlimited…read moreclasses trial and it was a great experience; I got very toned and sweat way more than I thought I could. My top three favorite classes were Vinyasa Flow with Katya, Hot HIIT Pilates with Carolyn, and Original Bikram with Lee. There is plenty of parking, lockers for valuables are available, public cubes are available to put stuff down in. At minimum, you will need to bring your own yoga mat, sweat towel, and water bottle. There are a variety of ways to sign up for classes - single class, memberships, and class packs that can be shared by 4+ people. While I think the staff and classes are great, the facilities could improve. The ventilation could improve, the floors are not wiped after every class, and there are no sanitizing sprays/wipes to clean the shared weights and blocks.

My friend & I came here for the first time on Sunday morning for the Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Heated:…read more80-85F) class and it was good! The online website was a bit outdated in my opinion and had to download the Mind Body app to book the class. The studio is located in the middle of Mega Mart and FedEx Shop, in the little "alleyway". Once you get to the door, there's a sign outside that says Yoga Journey Studios. The studio is located on the 2nd floor and you can take the stairs or elevator. Once you get to the 2nd floor, the studio is on the right side. I was greeted by the instructor and she checked me in a took a photo for the profile/account. Then she gave me a brief tour of the studio. There's a small couch area, some wooden cabinets to put your stuff away (no locks), and there's some smaller cabinets that can fix your wallet (with a code lock). For the women side, there are 3 shower stalls, 2 sinks, 2 benches, & wooden cabinets inside the shower area. The vinayasa flow yoga was amazing! The room was warm enough that I sweated a little bit. The instructor was clear and supportive. Please modify and listen to your body! They provided 2 blocks and a strap if you want to use it. In between the classes, the room was being cleaned which was nice. The restroom is located outside the studio, down the hallway on the left and there is a code to it. The only thing I would tell them to improve on is: 1) to provide more information in the email/app confirmation to tell people to bring towels (since you'll need to rent it there) - Ofcourse, I knew to bring a towel. And maybe let people know that if they didn't bring a mat, they can rent one. And maybe tell people to bring slippers incase they want to use it in the shower or to use walk around the lobby area. 2) provide a filter water fountain? I didn't see water anywhere. There's a free large parking lot outside of the studio connected to other stores/restaurants in the plaza. Other than that, if I lived closer, I would come back for another class.

So far, I love Worlds Yoga-Fremont! Roya is honestly amazing. She helps you if you're doing the poses wrong, and she always has a positive attitude and always got that smile on her face. Roya is an amazing teacher and this is why I chose this place. It is so calming and it has helped my anxiety. I sleep better and I can assure you this place WILL NOT DISAPPOINT YOU. Yes it is a yoga studio; however, they have self care awareness classes that will teach you how to tackle anything when you're upset. What I loved the most was is their free community classes where you can actually feel and see the studio. It is definitely worth it. Also, I noticed one of the reviews that says "they don't answer calls" well it's a peaceful place. It is nowhere near a scam . Truly unbelievable. If you would like to contact them it's on their page called "CONTACT US" and they reply right away. Parking on the other hand, it's not hard to find one there's a lot of open spots on the streets and I went over 2 hrs and it doesn't matter, you'll be fine. Good luck everyone! I definitely love this place ‍ Namaste. I posted the two classes I attended.

I have never advocated so much for a fitness studio before…read more I cannot say enough about every single one of the instructors at the studio, as well as the owner, Jen. The space they have created is so welcoming for beginners, and they foster an environment where anyone--no matter where they are in their fitness journey--can get the workout they are looking for. The instructors are attentive to everyone in class and are incredibly supportive. I would also like to show my appreciation for three instructors whose classes I generally take on a weekly basis. Claudia is one of my all-time favorite fitness instructors that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have taken her Pilates reformer class, hybrid mat class, and TRX class. I consider her coaching the primary reason I was able to break through the fitness plateau I was experiencing before coming to the studio. She is extremely knowledgeable about the workouts and can create modifications on the spot to fit you and your fitness goals. I go Tina's Barre class, and what I appreciate about it is the structure, as well as how unique each session is. Her instruction style is very supportive, and she is beyond cognizant of everyone in the room. In every class, she checks in on each client to make sure they have good form. I never thought I would enjoy taking Barre, but I now consider myself a true Barre enthusiast. Audrey is another amazing instructor. I generally take her reformer class and Exo Chair class. Audrey's classes are so welcoming and engaging. Her workouts are challenging, but due to how she engages the class, time seems to fly by because we are all just having fun. As I stated at the beginning of this review, I have never advocated this much for a fitness studio, and I will continue to be a client for the foreseeable future and then some. Thank you, Jen, and the rest of the IMX Studio team!

For someone who dislikes exercise, getting sweaty and waking up early, IMX Pilates has completely changed the way I feel and think about exercise. This form of fitness is perfect for me who has chronic aliments like a bad back/knee, weak shoulder, sensitive tailbone and hurt foot. Movements can be modified to your level or current condition. It can be challenging if you push yourself. It's a full body low impact workout that works your whole body and muscles you didn't even know existed! I can attest that my physical weaknesses before going to Pilates have either healed or strengthened. When I had rotator cuff surgery, Pilates was a great rehab exercise. The best part are the instructors esp the owner. She knows you by name and makes a point to make sure your form is correct, and nothing is too overwhelming or hard. She has hired some amazing instructors who truly love teaching and doing Pilates. They won't teach anything they wouldn't do themselves. And EVERY class is different. You never will be bored! The studio is exceptionally clean; the reformers are spaced out well (not cramped); the equipment is well cared for and lots of options for hand weights, wedges, cushions to accommodate your back, head etc.. and its not difficult to get a spot in class if you register in a timely manner. It's been one of the best commitments I have ever made.

What I really like about his way of teaching is, that: he not only teaches you Yoga aasanas, but also will read Hindu vedic literature and explain it. He reads books like Bhagat Gita, Bhagwatam, Upanishads. It is very nice to read these books as a group and have English translation and meaning explained. I always have wanted to read these books, but, somehow, whenever I started reading a book.... I'd loose interest or find it too complex for understanding. But collective reading and understanding is a great way to learn about all the morals these books have. He also provided English meaning of Sanskrit words wherever necessary. Thank you Gajananam, for your slow and easy style of explanation. One thing I also liked about what he said was, Vedanta does not bind a person to learning from just 1 master or 1 source. A person should be open to learning from various sources if needed. What a great point to remember. The other thing you might want to know is - he conducts these classes in his garage, it's well kept and he has fans and yoga mats, which, he provides. On a hot day, after doing yoga.... It's feels hot and sweaty in there. Just FYI.
