This place, nestled in the bustling old town of Parma is one of the best places for a beer lover in town. They had 10 beers on tap, an awesome Christmas Ale, a solid NEIPA and several other offerings I did not try this trip. Add to this their excellent Tagliere (meat and cheese board) and you have a winning combo. Meat and cheese boards are the standard in Italy obviously but this place takes it from old world Italy and refines it a bit adding a nice fig jam, local honey and the typical regional offerings of Parma.
