I find it difficult to top my 2023 review because it was so good. During our second experience with Abe, we had a different realtor. All I have to say is Abe is on your side. The jingle, "Nationwide is on your side" should be Abe's theme song except it would be, "Abe is on your side." I hate to sound cheesy, but when you are a first-time homebuyer, it's hard to relax and trust the process. Abe makes it easier to do that simply because he is loyal to you and only you. It's a huge relief to have someone with so much experience under their belt in your corner. It's also a relief to know you can have the same confidence in his son Nick. When you hire Abe, the relationship doesn't end with the home inspection. He fully prepares you to become a homeowner. Over the phone, he was able to answer all of my queries and gave me a quick run-down of all the different services they provide and an accurate quote for an inspection on the house. He was also able to answer all of my "what-if" questions and ease my nerves by giving me a step-by-step on what to expect. Although my window for inspection was only 7 days, he was also able to squeeze me in for an inspection and got me my report within 3 days! I'm super grateful for that.
