First, I attempted to call a few times and the phone would make this loud beeping noise and I was unable to get through to anyone. As a result of not getting through to anyone, I decided to fill out the contact form with the hopes of scheduling a consultation. After not hearing from anyone, I decided to continue my CPA search. A week later, I received an email stating he was sorry and they would have someone look into the phone situation. I decided to give him a call and still give the company a chance. When he answered the phone, he appear very rushed but said we could schedule a consultation for Friday at 10AM via phone (he would call). Friday at 10AM came and I did not receive any calls. To say the least, I was very disappointed to have to start my search all over again. I had high hopes for the company based on the reviews. Hopefully the communication improves. As far as their actual services, I can't provide feedback as I didn't get that far.

This agency starting from the owner of the business to the branch manager of the kingwood branch are just rude!! I contacted this company as a referral from a friend whom had used them previously. I went and interviewed (mind you I am a very experienced and educated professional.) She assigns me to a new recruiter, lol and even still this woman hasn't called me back and I'm lucky to see a job they send me what once every two months. This place is terrible. Do not waste your time, do not send anyone to them bc they are the worst business for finding employment in this city. I've already found new work and am doing great but just the fact that these people can't even correct a wrong when it's brought all the way up to the CEO's attention speaks to the caliber of business it truly is. They are organized, do a thorough job and put in the effort to get it right through phone calls or emails. They seem to stay up to date with the ever changing tax laws, which makes me feel comfortable with their practices and the advice they give. If you are a business owner who needs a CPA to make sure you cross your t's and dot your i's, Price & Price is a good bet. They have always been prompt at returning any calls or emails with business questions I've had. Their office is fairly easy to get to if you live in the Humble/Kingwood area, although besides dropping off your initial paperwork, everything else is handled via email, fax or mail. Staff is friendly and pricing is fair and comparable to other similar services in the area . A word of advice though - they are a very busy firm, so get all your documentation to them as early as possible in the tax year. We generally have to wait 6-8 weeks on average to get our taxes file from the time we drop everything off.
