When Hurricane Berryl hits and I needed a replacement of my roof, Farmers insurance and paul agency did not pay for my full roof replacement as I was promised instead I was left with a high bill of $17,000. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dishonest agency and company. I already contacted BBB and they (Farmers) have not even tried to help or assist with their mess up.
