The first two surveys were not what my neighbor was looking for as they both concluded that my family's property was in fact what we said it was. Along comes Sutherland and magically their property line eats 2' of our driveway. I'm pretty sure this "property correction" was an extra charge not on the books and isn't true as the 2 previous surveys done weeks prior didnt come close to Sutherlan's.

I reached out to Hustead Land Surveying to find and mark a property line. CJ ,the owner, promptly called me back. He was very honest and upfront about what the job would entail and pricing to do so. He was a pleasure to work with. His work on site and research prior is precise and thorough. His research for the job was complete; doing all computations w/ all deeds, quick deeds attached to current deeds and previous survey maps involved. (To mention just the part of his process I'm aware of) He had a professional polite friendly disposition when talking w neighbors as needed. He used the research coupled w his equipment to find the corner points of the property line. He found the preexisting corner markers, even the one which was buried from flooding. He marked not only the corner points of the property line but also along the line so whole line is clearly visible. I can say with all confidence: CJ does exemplary work, at a great price and is a delight to work with!

Ever increasing rent, and the property manager has a piano in her office is about all you need to know. Maintenence takes a while to get to anything. Had a on and off broken shower that would get "fixed" and not work again within the week. We had to use pliers to turn the water on and off. When we complained that it was too cold, maintenence came in and stapled translucent sheeting to the windows. Tacky. Picked a random house to live in, they'll move in anyone. One semester I lived with not one but two drug dealers. Get ready for your low quality, high rent, college party house
