They didn't protect the windows from the stain. I pointed this out and they returned to clean the windows. There are still smudges on the glass that they weren't able to remove. My front steps have multiple stain marks on them now. I asked Jody to fix the problem. He said he would be over during the week of 8/4 to correct it. I haven't seen or heard from him since. There are multiple areas on the siding with incomplete coverage as shown below. The quality of the work was far below what I expected based on the project cost.

Jody and his team went above and beyond, helping with color recommendations, sourcing and installing new trim that needed to be replaced and even staining new wood trim to ensure the updates to the room matched the history that we were keeping. Most of all though, we appreciated Jody and the team's flexibility. As this was part of a broader remodel, other projects on the house had some twists and turns. In addition, throughout the painting process he consistently asked for advances on his payments. Foolishly, we acquiesced, and when he was paid his full amount he stopped showing up. In addition, here is the labor to paint the house when we were out of town that consisted of people that because of my job were not allowed to work on the house. We made that very clear to him and he chose to ignore that anyway. We won't use them again.

We had gotten some quotes from other painters and none were this organized so we knew the job would be done well and efficiently (and it was). They took great care when scraping and making sure to remove ALL the paint chips (it looked like a haz mat site for a few days : ) The entire job (scraping, priming and painting) took less than a week even with a few afternoons of rain.
