Space is small and might get pretty crowded for 1 or 2 large group or several smaller groups of 2-5. Also, street parking is paid parking and is limited. Parking is limited so I've seen people park across the street. Tea flavor is non-existent and don't bother requesting for less ice as it doesn't seem they care. I ordered less ice, yet once I was done with my drink I had almost half a cup of ice. Worker was too busy talking to her friends and didn't call out my orders so I had to ask if any of the drinks out were mine.

I've been to this location a handful of times and noticed that the service here is not great if you try to order with the staff instead of ordering at the self service kiosks. My most recent experience was particularly unpleasant because the drink that I wanted to get was a limited edition collab, and I wasn't able to order on the kiosk. It took way longer than necessary to get any staff member's attention, and when I finally started ordering it felt rushed and unprofessional. They also forgot an item that was supposed to come with the drink. The drink itself tasted good, but it didn't look like the promotional photos at all. One thing I understand about this location is that it's quite busy, and I'm sure the staff are under a lot of pressure. However I've been to many other busy places that still maintained a friendly and professional level of service.

The main issue is with the drink unfortunately :/ the brown sugar was a rock hard mass at the bottom of the cup, and it was just cold milk on top. No brown sugar flavour at all since it was all stuck at the bottom in a solid mess of goop. I asked the cashier to either remake it or for a refund on the drink. She only offered to add more sugar to the drink, which wouldn't really solve the issue at all. I ended up just leaving the full drink with her. I am not one to usually leave a negative review but this was pretty wack unfortunately! I would avoid.

The drink had a nice strong jasmine flavor and the coconut jelly was super sweet, so the drink almost doesn't need any extra sweetness. Great service, friendly workers, and drinks came out fast despite being part of a huge group order. There's a small amount of seating inside but not a ton.

The mixture wasn't properly done so that the texture was sort of clunky. I'm still giving this place 5 stars because it's literally their first day open and I'm sure they'll get the recipe right. The bar's set with their other locations, so I'm sure it'll just take a few days for them to find their groove. The space itself is pretty small, so definitely don't plan on having your drink sitting down. There is a couch, but it almost seems more decorative than functional. Otherwise, it has a cute interior. I ordered the Grape Escape which is one of their summer drinks in the Tropical Trio series. This one doesn't have any toppings that comes with it so you'll have to add those in separately. It tasted grape! Bad pun but I did really like it at 50% sugar.
