Update: Scott Johnson followed up, and I have to say I was impressed that he didn't make excuses, and he really listened to what I had to say about my experience. Although we are not planning to do business with Mack Media, I respect that Scott cleaned up his messes and appears to understand what he has to do to fix the issues. read more

If we could grade this review zero stars, we would. In the contract it states build time 8-12 weeks. It took 2 YEARS!! They told us that it was our fault because we weren't providing them with all the content. If that's the case what was the point of hiring them to build a website if we were going to end up doing it ourselves. The last page of the contract clearly states that they provide content and images if unavailable. We paid for the advanced package but received the standard package quality of work. After the site was finally launched 3 critical errors (broken links) popped up and the response was we are not sure how those were missed. From concept to completion, Mack Media far exceeded my expectations. They provided us with an up-to-date and modern looking mobile website. Our Danbury-based company, Durkin's Inc., has been established for 110 years. We provide retractable awnings, custom shading products and a beautiful line of tents to cover the most elegant weddings. Meet the Business Owner: Scott J.

Scott Johnson is the owner and founder of the Mack Media Group. Before Mack Media, Scott owned a Screen Printing, Embroidery and Sign business for 10+ years. After growing frustrated with the poor results of hired marketing agencies, he decided to take on the marketing himself. The resulting growth of his company, led him to sell the business and start the Mack Media Group with the goal of helping other companies grow, just like his own. Scott loves everything about Philly - the Roots, the cheese steaks and of course, the Eagles. He also enjoys spending time with his family at Pippa's Sports Cafe.

I have been working with Scott Johnson at Mack Media on a long-term Internet marketing plan since January 2013. Our online presence has grown substantially over the past two years and it shows no signs of slowing down. Our Internet marketing strategy is designed around online ordering and local branding. These were features we were always lacking. Now that it's implemented, more users are visiting our site, and it's translating into profits. We are seeing a return on our ongoing investment, which will only grow as we improve over time. In early 2014 we decided to stop our online marketing and do it ourselves. At this time our site went stagnant, and online ordering declined. We brought Mack Media back into the project, and shortly thereafter our sales began increasing again. I'd recommend this type of service to any small business owners looking to expand their online presence and generate more sales. It's pretty easy to tell whether or not our marketing is producing a positive ROI, and we couldn't be happier with the results we have seen. Let me start by saying that I am a customer that has needs. Not really fun to deal with when things go wrong. I'm a Graphic Designer not a web guy. This means that I am extremely picky with anything that has to do with design but do not know how to code or advertise and don't understand the way it works. Mack media not only stuck with me to explain the steps they were taking but nailed all the designs on the first try. I would recommend them to anyone looking to step up there business game.
