Unbelievably bad experience. Stay away from these guys, especially if you are a small business or in the construction industry. Once you make a deposit, they disappear, and then you are left having to do all the design and copywrite work yourself. You will never hear from Jeff LaClava unless you threaten to fire them, then he has all the time in the world to blame the customer instead of manning up and excepting responsibility for his own lack of process and clear explanation of how the process should work. He actually only mentioned the word process one time, after he was fired, and admittedly sat on files that should have went to his designer. Nothing worse than an owner you cannot go to when there are issues. If you want to go out of business, this is the perfect organization for you.
