Where do I start? WORST EXPERIENCE! If I could leave ZERO stars, I would!…read more The guy who owns this business seems to be a great guy and very professional, BUT it's all a lie. He is horrible and his workmanship is too. I honestly think these reviews come from a google algorithm he purchased. I was told of a few things he'd be able to including the windshield of my vehicle and after keeping my car for six days overnight - he didn't. I found this out at pick up. Prior to dropping my car off, I told him my expectations and how I pay attention to detail regarding my vehicle. I made a comment that if you see anything, PLEASE let me know prior to wrapping as this is a brand new car with 200 miles on it. When I went to pick my vehicle up there was a chip in the paint on hood from a rock that he covered up with wrap. The windshield tint wasn't done and the wrap wasn't completed on parts of my car. The tint on the windows wasn't properly applied and it wasn't machine cut as he indicated it would be so it looked HORRIBLE! AFTER SIX DAYS! AFTER SIX DAYS OF HAVING MY CAR!! Like wth were you doing? Your reasoning for having my car that long was because YOU like to pay attention to detail, but you didn't. You mentioned you liked to TUCK all of the wrap, but it wasn't! I talked to him about the deficiencies of the job and he told me he would refund me the portion he didn't do! He took $300 off because he didn't want me to make a review, AS HE INDICATED. When I left, I thought the car was in much better shape than what the naked eye could see. Here we are two months later and I can see everything only after putting an additional 350 miles on my car. The wrap on my wing is spotted and the cheap ass 3M wrap around my car is peeling off because he DIDN'T tuck the wrap as he indicated and he had his employee do this botch job. Again, THIS MAN SAID ALL OF MY WRAP IS TUCKED SO THERE WON'T BE ANY LINES!! (That's why I thought he'd needed the car for so long because my other vehicles took a day and they were bigger) So now I have to get ALL of this pulled off and redone because he is not answering calls or responding to text messages! So, I'm out 3k to get this done because of this bad job when I should have been refunded for the whole thing at the start - LIKE I ASKED. This man did nothing right with my wrap, NOTHING. The front tint had to be done over because of the imperfect cut, the hood had to be done over because he wrapped over a rock chip! *sigh. Now my whole vehicle has to be wrapped again. Whew! Jesus be a fence. This was just a trash trash TRASH experience! Trust me, he knows it! Thank GOD for my bank. Back to TINT WORLD I go! I should have stuck with Tint World, but this guy had so many great reviews and the prices were cheaper! I guess this is what I get! Botched reviews, botched service! I'm sure when he reads this review I'll get a response in text message or a response here. Let's see. I'll post pictures of the text I sent him and the bad job. My number is still the same if you decide to call and make this right.

Just wanted to be sure everyone understands what they are getting into with this company…read more.. On January 21st 2021 I took my vehicle to All Pro Window Tint in Holly Sprints, GA to have my front windshield tinted with Spectra PhotoSynch at a costs of $424.00. When the tint job was completed the film required time to dry. When the film dried the tint did not properly cure over the dot matrix portion on 3 locations on the windshield. I brought my vehicle back to the tint shop on January 29th where the tech stated that the film was dry and there was nothing he could do other than remove the film and redo the job at a costs to me (Consumer). The tech then proceeded to attempt to run his squeegee card against the tint with no results. I advised the technician that this is not acceptable as I have had multiple windshields tinted that never experienced the same problem with tint adhering/curing over the dot matrix portion of the windshield. After notifying the tech that I was not satisfied he immediately stated "I have tinted over 5000 vehicles." Who says this? like I care that you have tinted 5000 vehicles, the point was he did not tint this one correctly. I was stunned to hear this level of response from a tech on a company that I had completed research on to ensure they were reputable prior to bringing my vehicle to their shop, they made me feel, as a customer, that I was immediately wrong and nothing could be said or done about the matter. As I stood my ground and continued to advise this was not acceptable and is an eye sore aesthetically the technician finally called the owner of the business who came on site to review the concern. When the owner of the company, Chris, arrived he was sympathetic to the aforementioned concern unlike the technician. It took about 5 minutes of explaining to the owner that I have had multiple vehicles done without the issue. The owner finally agreed to attempt to make the situation right by re-tinting the windshield however advised that this would be a one-time courtesy and stated "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing multiple times and expecting different results". On February 8th I dropped my vehicle off with All Pro Window Tinting to complete the job for a second time. As soon as I dropped the vehicle off the technician immediately stated "This would be the last time they would attempt to get the job done and the results are the results" This communication also insinuated that All Pro Window Tint does not stand behind the product or services they offer to consumers. What's more concerning is the technician should have never made this comment. When the vehicle was completed for the second time I advised the technician to look over 3 spots that appeared to exhibit the same symptoms from the previous tint job. The tech stated that this was just moisture that needed to dry. Guess what,... same problem occurred. A long story short I ended up eating the cost of $424.00 to have my windshield re-tinted at a different shop. The windshield was re-tinted with no issues, and guess what....It was done right the first time. Please do more research when selecting your tint shop and avoid All Pro Window Tinting. I have attached some photo's that "All Pro Window Tinting" Considers normal with dot matrix.

No designated parking spaces unless I wanted to pack by the self service vacuums. I went inside, finally a young man asked if he could help me. I told him I wanted the Full Service wash (I'm in my 70's and handicapped). He told me there were only two employees there, including himself. So no Full Service wash. I ask When the best time to get it done would be And he gave me the Same Hours as I was there at the time. I'm unsure How they can have good reviews, except it must be only from those SELF SERVICE customers. DO NOT ADVERTISE A SERVICE UNLESS YOU CAN ACTUALLY PERFORM THAT SERVICE. With only 2 employees, how in the world can you expect to stay in business?? I certainly won't darken your door again. What a waste of my time.

I recently had my car washed and waxed by Tony of KleenKarz and I'm very happy with the result…read more Tony did a great job and I look forward to using KleenKarz again. KleenKarz is the current on-site car wash and detailing service at the office park where I work. Tony is the owner. He's normally on-site on Tuesdays. However, since he's a mobile detailer, he's flexible and works around town. You can call or text him at 678-698-7284 for more information and to set up an appointment. Tenants at our office park received flyers via email with a menu of KleenKarz's services. That's how I found out about KleenKarz. Tony offers a basic hand-wash for $25 (larger vehicles $30 or $35) up to a "Showroom Finish" exterior and interior detail for $165. I texted Tony and he was quick to respond. I had some questions about his services and whether he could add on certain options (e.g. if he could add on cleaning and conditioning my leather seats). I eventually settled on the #4 package "Wash & Wax" ($95) which includes: hand-wash, polish, and wax exterior, clean wheels and dress tires, vacuum interior, wipe dash and instrument panel, and clean interior and exterior windows. Tony texted me when he was on-site. I dropped my car off with him shortly before noon and it was ready shortly after 2pm. He worked by himself and had only one other customer. As a mobile detailer, everything Tony needs is in his truck. He detailed my car on the top of a parking deck in the hot summer sun. I was concerned about him waxing my car in the heat and direct sunlight, but Tony assured me the wax he used, Meguiar's, was fine to use in the sun. When I went to pick up my car, it looked fantastic. To be nitpicky (I am a very clean, somewhat OCD person and I detailed my car myself for 15 years), I did notice some streaks on my door windows that I had to wipe away later myself. I noticed a protectant had been applied to the dash, steering wheel, vent area/instrument panel, and front door moldings, but not to the rear door moldings, so that was inconsistent. I also noticed something had been applied to my seats in the front, though not uniformly, and I don't believe anything was applied to my seats in the back. I didn't ask for seat service and it wasn't listed under the #4 package that I bought, so I just chalked it up to Tony being nice and giving me a little extra. Finally, I noticed my rear seats and rubber floor mats had splotches of protectant residue on them, as if Tony had sprayed elsewhere and then protectant accidentally sprayed or dripped onto my rear seats and mats (I know because I've done it before myself). These were not wiped up and the spots/residue were and are still noticeable on my rear seats and mats. These were all little things I noticed. Tony does not accept credit card. He does, however, accept payment via the Cash App (by Square, Inc.). He texted me a referral link so we both got $5 Cash App credits. The app is pretty straightforward, easy to use, and links to your debit card. In the end, I'm pleased with the work Tony and KleenKarz did to my car. I recommend him. It's hard to beat the convenience of a mobile detailer. I can stay at work while my car is cleaned. There's definitely some value in that.
