We had 2 trees removed, which Roy, and crew, did well, but there was trouble cleaning up the debris from grinding the trunks. We had agreed the holes would be cleaned out and filled with dirt. After waiting four days after the trees came down, we called to see when they would return, which they did, the next day. They complained about having to do the work, tried to dump debris in a vacant lot behind our house, got angry when we explained this was not allowed, and left with no holes dug out at all. Roy was angry due to a hard week and said this was too much work. We are left with the rest of the job. If you're looking for trees to be cut down, this company is fine, and the receptionist is very pleasant, but be on guard for Roy's temper, and lack of living up to his promises. Can't recommend this company to anyone.

Gerry came out to my address within 2 hours to give me an estimate for clearing up the damage done by the storm. He gave me a good estimate and he and his crew were back at my house after a few hours and did a great job. They not only did what Gerry quoted on but did extra and above what they quoted for. Not to mention did a great clean up job afterwards. After that storm I wasn't able to get anyone out for an estimate because all were busy but Gerry squeezed me in and took of me. Prices are very competitive too. The other workers have been very friendly and answered my questions. Everyone speaks English. They are respectful of existing items in the yard and other plants/trees. I can see they do their best to avoid damage and clean up well when finished. I am pretty sure that he does not carry the proper insurance - he doesn't provide a straight answer and I couldn't find any insurance on his website, so this leaves the home owner at risk.
