When I confronted the crew, they insisted the leaves were already there. Today I filled four bags with leaves they had blown over--the pile even contained dried hydrangea blooms. My neighbor has a hydrangea bush on the opposite side of the shared hedge, which makes it pretty clear where the debris came from. They tossed leftover gutter pipes that match the neighbor's house onto my property as well. My gutters are white. They do the same thing to the neighbor on the other side.

This year however we had our lawn damaged in several places by the Midwest Landscaping crew, when I pointed it out, they have sent us a $700 invoice for the repairs. I called in and asked why is it that I would be responsible paying for the damage caused by their crew, Jenna replied that she would see if they could help us out, since the damage to the lawn was done by their people. On the week of Mother's Day weekend visit was completely skipped, had to mow the lawn my self as we had people coming over. Called in and explained that the visit was skipped, and this created a whole conundrum of things we were billed and additional visit. I can't explain the nonchalant attitude from customer service.
