While the prices reflect the quality, I firmly believe you get what you pay for. I came home with green Frances Valentine denim, blue-and-white Renuar seersucker pants, several tops, and a lightweight summer sweater. One of the highlights of the visit was the exceptional service from Rhonda, with help from Titi as well. They struck the perfect balance--giving us plenty of space to shop while offering thoughtful styling advice when we wanted it. What impressed me most was Rhonda's creativity. She encouraged me to try combinations I never would have considered on my own, including a bright floral orange top to pair with my seersucker pants. Sometimes the best boutique associates help you see possibilities beyond what's already in your comfort zone, and Rhonda definitely did that. The store itself is spacious, organized, and easy to shop. Men's clothing is in the front, women's in the back, and everything is displayed beautifully without feeling crowded or overwhelming. The Julie Voss jewelry collection alone is worth a visit--I could have easily spent much more time (and money!) there. The little touches also stood out: a clean, attractive restroom, friendly conversation, and even an offer of water or a soda before we headed back to New Bern. It's clear that customer service is a priority here. As an added bonus, Russell's is open on Mondays, which was greatly appreciated since many businesses in the area are closed. We had a fantastic experience and will absolutely make the trip back. Russell's was one of the highlights of our day in Little Washington.

I visited Washington from Northern Virginia for a family gathering and needed a place to score a bargain on cigarettes and just so happened to spot this li'l gem next to the Walmart. The amount of loose rolling tobacco absolutely blew me away; never, even in my hood, have I seen such a large and excellent collection. Their vape inventory is tip-top as well, along with tons of cool glass and other smoking devices. Basically anything you could ever want from a tobacco/head shop, you can find it here (even kratom)! Prices are regular compared to my area and there is literally nothing negative I could find about my experience. Next time you visit, get the owner to message me on Yelp so I can give him permissions for the page and so he can finish correcting the info (the store has a different name starting with "Tobacco S-", but you can't miss the giant yellow letters to the right of the Walmart).
