Second the clueless electrician spent the first hour (their minimum billing time) wondering all over my home checking every outlet trying to find some mysterious GFI that just had to be the issue. Eventually he leaves (to pick up another electrician who knows what he is doing to some extent as well as a suitable ladder). The other electrician fixes the outlet and they poorly hang the fixture before being asked to leave after another hour as to not a waste anymore time or money. $160 for one hour of actual work. Never ever again will I do business with this company and recommend others not to as well.

I had smelled a skunk smell coming from my basement and had called my "former" plumber and told him…read moreabout the smell. He came out and turned off the gas to my heating system. The smell was completely gone when he arrived. His conclusion as he left was I needed to replace the heating system. When I returned I called Valverde/Bond Plumbing and spoke with Lacey and asked if they might come out and look at the system. This was on a Friday and they were booked but Lacey called me back several times that day to say they were trying to get to me. By 5pm the service Tech John Montoya was at my house. I told him about the skunk smell the week before and he thought one probably sprayed near the house and the smell came into the basement from the vents. He turned the gas back on and spent an hour checking all the gas lines, thermostat etc. and said nothing was wrong with the boiler. He turned the gas back on and installed a carbon monoxide detector I had purchased. This was a month ago and the boiler has been working perfectly so no new Heat system needed after all. He had forgotten our appt bc they were busy on another job that had lots of problems. So to give him another chance I let him know my following Monday was open. He never called so I called him back at 4:30 on that following day. He'd forgotten about me again!!! He made excuses when I called him but he hadn't called to reschedule. So I let him know I'd pass this along on Yelp where I got his name bc it said he (was) 5 Star. I had to call him back. I can understand being busy but at least have the courtesy of letting ppl know and not leave them hanging so we can find someone else. Shame on him!

Should have known then it was going downhill from there. First job took MONTHS to do, lots of excuses made. Then the second job was constantly postponed, delayed, no shows, you name it. It went into the next year (2021) and STILL no communication. Finally arrange for him to promise they'll show and NOPE. More lame excuses and another time scheduled. NO SHOW, NO CALLS. Fired them, losing some of my deposit. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
