He showed up quickly to give me what he called a free estimate but then charged me $95 for it. I made the mistake of trusting him and paid $1,500 down for mold remediation, sanitation, and trimming of a large rubber tree. We had an agreement that he would come on Sunday. My tenants were told he would be working. He showed up, trimmed the tree, and then left my building completely trashed. He used the excuse that he thought the building would be empty on Sunday. Regardless of me, introducing him to the restaurant owner who is going to be there and having a full discussion about it. Dirt, leaves, and debris were everywhere. When I called him about why he didn't clean up, he texted me saying he had scheduled a 7 AM cleanup the next day. By 8:30 Monday, when I arrived, the building was still filthy and my own cleaning crew had already started cleaning. They were so upset that they called their supervisor, and me. After I called him at 8:30, he eventually showed up -- but did a terrible job of cleaning. He made excuses, blamed me, and still left the building in awful condition. To make matters worse, he took it upon himself to talk to my tenants and even ground leaves into my brand-new carpet. I had no choice but to fire him. Out of fairness, I still offered him $500 for the little work he actually did, despite the disaster he left behind. I then had to hire another company to properly clean up after him. Instead of being professional, Jeff sent me a check for $33 with a bunch of bogus charges deducted. He is a thief, dishonest, and extremely unprofessional. His work ethic is lazy, his practices shady, and his business completely unreliable. I've worked with many contractors over the years on this commercial building, and this was hands down the worst experience I've ever had. If you value your money, your time, and your property -- beware of Jeff at Soco quickCleaning.

I cannot overstate how amazing this company is…read more I am a manager for a chain restaurant that had literal YEARS of grease build up on the carpet. I had written it off and began the process of trying to get new carpet. You could HEAR your feet sticking to the carpet as you walked. Customers complained. I complained. We tried other carpet cleaners and it would look *better-ish* for a couple of days and then you'd start hearing the carpet again. Carpet should not be heard. I'm just saying. I was struck immediately by a couple of things. The owner came out to do an estimate and he was on time. I've gotten used to vendors being late. I also received a text reminder that he was on his way, so I was able to organize my staff to not need me for a couple of minutes, which in itself was very helpful. He told me he could save the carpets, and I actually laughed. He saved the carpets. That happened. He saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. I've never been so pleased with a service in my life...in twenty years of restaurant work I've never seen someone do such an amazing job, and take such pride in their work. You will not find a better carpet cleaner. He tells you upfront he's not the cheapest. I would say, he may not be the cheapest, but he's definitely the best value.

Her enthusiasm about how beautiful my floor could look was contagious. She suggested just polyurethane without stain for the best look, and she was right. She made sure the work crew did the job correctly, visiting the house on the day of the job. I'm sure she does these jobs all the time, but for me, it was a big event, so I appreciated that my satisfaction was clearly important to her. The floor looks as good today as it did a year ago when I meant to write this review.
