Laura Ricchino, the Director of Operations for Jan-Pro, looked me in the face after I brought her a sexual harassment complaint regarding harassment by one of their customers and told me that account retention was more important than any individual franchisee. She also went on to say that, out of more than 200 franchisees, they are only concerned with the top 30 (who, in my experience, were all Spanish-speaking). That leads me to my second point about why to avoid this company. If you are not Spanish-speaking or bilingual, don't expect much support. Juan Carlos, who is responsible for account placement, appears to cater primarily to Hispanic franchisees while claiming there isn't enough business to provide accounts for everyone. Meanwhile, Spanish-speaking franchisees consistently seem to receive new accounts. These people will take your money, gaslight you, and then have the nerve to look you in the face and say, "I don't understand why you're so upset," after you've gone nearly three years without receiving any new business. This is a word of caution: **avoid giving these people your money.** I would recommend looking into Janitorial franchises like Jani- King or Coverall instead. Customers complain about language barriers all the time, yet they don't listen, nor do they seem to care. Run for the hills. They are not people I would trust with my money. And I'm not the only franchisee who feels this way--many simply don't speak up about it. In my experience, Laura will belittle and condescend to you, leaving you feeling disrespected. I do not believe they operate honestly, and I don't believe they genuinely care about the success or well-being of their franchisees.

Honestly, I was surprised by the lower quote, as I was expecting to pay closer to $400-$500 for a deep cleaning. I specifically arranged this service because I have company coming this weekend and was relying on the additional help due to a medical condition that makes standing and bending for long periods difficult. Thankfully, my home is generally maintained, so this was intended to be a more detailed cleaning rather than an emergency situation. Unfortunately I was in treatment at Moffitt during much of this time and did not have the energy to seek another company. As stated, it was adequate. It was a large home and many times they did not have to touch many of the rooms. Upon our move out, when the home was empty three people were sent to a "deep cleaning". The fee was 550.00. Upon inspecting the home after being told they were done I was beyond disappointed. I contacted Cerise to share my displeasure. The windowsills were dirty as well as the two windows even had some mold on the ledges. The fronts of the cabinets were not cleaned and the floors still had areas of s pots. When I contacted Cerise she stated that they only remove dust. That is clearly not what most would believe represents "deep clean". Cerise was not willing to budge. Never utilize the move out service if you are expecting a deep clean. I will now have to have another company do this service over. I paid her full fee because I am honorable. It is sad that honor was not reciprocated.
