First time using a cleaning service and didn't know what to expect. I was reminded a day before and updated on their arrival time. Their team showed up and was happy to answer my newbie questions. Really thought my house was in pretty clean condition, but as i watched them, they hit spots I never have before. Non-stop cleaning and super professional. The initial quote did not take into account my wifes cats, but after three hours I was informed they did do the pet cleaning and if it was OK to add the service charge for it. It was good to hear that I had input instead of the adding to the price. Excellent service! I ordered a regular cleaning from Superb Maids, but in quality it corresponds to a deep one. That's definitely much better than my previous cleaning service. Microwave, kitchen cabinets, fridge and more were cleaned at no extra charge. Very polite and punctual. They also gave me a discount, and in the end I got the best quality cleaning for less money.
