It was unorganized in terms of providing times to the family for parts of service. They allowed random people to sit in the family section which caused close family members to have go sit elsewhere during the funeral. They decided to cut the final viewing(which imho is the WORST part of the service to cut) after allowing select people to be able to grieve during the initial final viewing and asking grandchildren to move so they can't say goodbye. The cemetery service was chaotic. They called nieces/nephews/cousins/friends before grandchildren and great grandchildren to put flowers on the casket. The only thing they were effective at was eating the food at the repast.
