I contacted the owner who said she would come out to look at the damage. Well, no one showed up. Everytime I try to call their number, all I get is a recording. These people must have caller I.D. and will not answer my calls. They will not take responsibilty for damages their crew have done. I would not do business with Affordable any more and if you do make sure you get a written contract and the name and phone number of their insurance company and make sure they are still insured by that company.

When we got back home, here's what I encountered: oil spots all over my driveway from their equipment, small branches scattered over my front yard, along with cigarette butts and, holes in my lawn where they let parts of the tree fall and hit the ground.
